PROBATE MATTERS
A Probate is the official validation of a Will. Probates occur both with and without a Will. GUARDIANSHIPS
A guardianship is a legal relationship created when a person or institution is assigned by the court to take care of minor children or incompetent adults. There are several different types of guardianships, including emergency guardianships, temporary guardianships, and plenary guardianships.
