We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to contribute to our mission and core values. ​Craft Legal Solutions: Lead in estate planning, probate, and business formation.

Client Engagement: Meet clients, assess needs, provide expert legal counsel, and build lasting relationships.

Document Mastery: Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.

Business Planning: Assist in designing business structures and tax planning.

Legal Research: Stay updated on laws and regulations.

Leadership: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and lead.

Court Representation: Attend hearings, represent clients in contested probate matters. Assist lead counsel with matters appealed to Superior Court.

Community Presence: Enhance the firm's presence in various forums.

Requirements
-
Two or more years of experience in estate planning, probate, and business formation
-
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school in good standing
-
Active Georgia state bar membership
-
Proficiency in MS Office applications

Exceptional attention to detail and time-management skills

Strong communication and public speaking abilities

Thrive in a time-sensitive, high-energy, and demanding environment.

Flexibility to adapt and respond swiftly to urgent matters​
